Apple to release a Mac OS X powered netbook

In April 2008, Psyster, a then tiny company of southern Florida came up with a desktop PC which had Mac OS X Pre-installed. Despite the judicial claim by Apple, Psyster kept on selling those PCs for the whole year. Now on its first anniversary, CEO Rudy Pedraza said that the company is still planning to release a notebook, but hinted that it might be something more along the lines of a Netbook rather than a full-sized notebook. So can we expect a Mac Netbook soon?
Despite all the hype about Psyster, I believe that either a MAC netbook from Psyster is a castle in the air or just a rumor because Psyster is not a manufacturer, they just assemble up computer parts and make a Hackintosh out of them. However they may install MAC OS X on an ASUS Eee PC or some other ready made netbook.

CNet news reports that they had been using Psyster’s Mac OS PC for a year and it had performed pretty well with a few issues. Infact, Psyster’s PCs are not a big success because the prices are not too low as compared to the MAC mini. Some claim that MAC sales dropped in the second half of 2008 but I agree to Apple’s opinion that this was due to the recession, not Psyster’s clones!

The core question remains intact, whether Psyster is legally approved to install MAC OS on non-Apple hardware? Apple claims, its the violation of end user license agreement but Psyster is insisting!. Lets see, how long court takes to make a decision, and I am pretty sure that this decision will go against Psyster!
