Didn’t You Notice? Steve Jobs Slapped McGraw Hill Right In Front Of You!

Remember the confirmation of Apple tablet by McGraw Hill CEO the day before the official announcement? Terry McGraw, CEO McGraw Hill had told CNBC:

Yes, they’ll make their announcement tomorrow on this one. We have worked with Apple for quite a while. And the Tablet is going to be based on the iPhone operating system and so it will be transferable. So what you are going to be able to do now is we have a consortium of e-books. And we have 95% of all our materials that are in e-book format on that one. So now with the tablet you’re going to open up the higher education market, the professional market. The tablet is going to be just really terrific.

Obviously, he was talking about the iBooks. McGraw Hill was definitely a main partner in iBook store. So why was their name not appearing on the list of partners during Steve’s address?

Definitely Steve Jobs taught them a lesson for exposing what they were not supposed to!

“Didn’t I ask you to keep your bloody mouth shut, McGraw? Slap! Slap!”
