Dell Streak, Dell’s 5 inch Android tablet was released in UK just a day ago over the O2 network. Hackers are pretty fast, they didn’t even let 24 hrs to pass and have rooted the device already. Paul, an Android dude from UK, got his device on the first day and put it to the right use. Wow, pretty fast! Even faster than the HTC EVO 4G root which got rooted weeks before the official release. Well, because, it got rooted days after it was handed over to I/O participants.

Dell Streak is a 5 inch Android 1.6 tablet/smartphone which features a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 2GB internal memory expandable to 32GB. It has got a 5MP camera. Dell Streak is available in the UK for free with a contract with O2.
