iPhone 4 Packs 512MB of RAM!

iPhone 4 RAM Size Leaked
You already know the full specs of the iPhone 4, right? No! You knew everything except the RAM and processor size!
It’s strange that Apple tells you everything about the specs of its iGadgets but never reveals the RAM and processor size. Check out the iPhone 4 specs page, check out the iPad specs page or the iPhone 3GS, you won’t know what’s the RAM size or processor’s clock speed. But we always have other ways to find that out. Once we have a gadget in our hand, literally what can stop us from tearing it down and playing with each of its part? We got to know the processor details a lot before iPhone 4 was announced. It was an Apple A4 system-on-a-chip powered by ARM. It’s clock speed is most probably 1GHz as of the iPad. We also got to know the RAM sizes of iPhone 3G being 128MB, iPhone 3GS and iPad being 256MB.
Now we have the RAM size of iPhone 4 revealed. But this time it is not by any leak or some hacker way. The news comes straight from Apple! During one of the WWDC sessions, developers were told that iPhone 4 packs a half Gig of RAM. So it is officially confirmed that iPhone 4 has a 512MB of RAM! yo!
Now you know why many of the iOS 4 features are not supported by previous iPhone versions and why memory intensive apps like iMovie are only for iPhone 4 – there’s not just enough memory available to accommodate that.
Got another reason to pay so high for iPhone 4? You already have many reasons like the factory unlocked iPhone 4!
