Nokia N8

Nokia N8 has been making appearances for quite a while now but the software doesnot seems complete yet. It has to support Symbian^3 operating system which will make its debut later this year.
Nokia N8 doesn’t have major software improvements over the previous phones like N97 and X6. The only big difference is the multiple home screens. From the video below, you’d find that there’s no animation while switching between the screens. It looks pretty much dumb.

Nokia N8 is a 12MP Symbian^3 phone with a multitouch capable screen. You can pinch to zoom in the browser. It can record HD videos which are pretty cool. Nokia N8 can also be connected to an HDTV for HD video output through an HDMI port. The camera accompanies a Zenon flash for dim light conditions. Interestingly, Nokia N8 has got some great sound features too. It is world’s first phone to support Dolby Digital Plus. Imressive, isn’t it?

Nokia N8 will hit the European markets later this year at EUR 370 in different colors. No word on US release for now.
