HTC Prepping 1.2GHz Android Slider!

Here we come guys with another great leak! Yes this is an Android phone you see seen in the pics. No it’s not a Motorola, It is HTC! It is not usually likely for HTC to make Android sliders but this one definitely is! It just seems the elder brother of EVO with the same physical size, a little smaller screen and a better CPU.

Did you read that – a better CPU! Yes better than 1Gig Snapdragon. This new phone is going to have a 1.2 GHz CPU most probably from Qualcomm – may be a better Snapdragon. The design of the phone looks fine but might not be the same when the phone comes out because there’s a lot of time left to launch. It won’t come out anytime before the end of 2010.

The screen size – also apparent from the pictures is 4 inch. No resolution defined but I predict a QVGA one. This new slider has got no name yet. Or if it has, we don’t know. This new Android slider from HTC will come out with Froyo on board. Gizmodo suggests it’d have dual CDMA and GSM capabilities.

I have one question from HTC. Can’t they please change the red colored inside to black or gray matching phone’s colors?
