Job Opening: We are Looking for a Sales/Marketing Guy

We have been making the headlines for over two years now. It was all awesome breaking the news, leaking the insights, writing the reviews, snapping the shots and criticizing the policies. We have been working days and nights to bring you what you love to see, read and share. It was all great time, we have grown from a single person blog to multi-author online existence. It was all awesome and it all was made possible with your cooperation – you, the readers are our best asset! Unfortunately, it was not possible for any of us to work for free, neither we wanted to get any funding so we had been interrupting you guys with annoying ads delivered right before and after the content. We have been obstructing you for long and appreciate your patience that none of you ever complained. But we think, you should not be obstructed anymore. Content should be the first priority – not the ads and our awesome readers should be served above all other priorities. So we have decided to move on and take the next step.

GiDMiD (gggadgets.com’s parent company) wants to get rid of the current advertising on gggadgets.com solely – we have already removed BuySellAds and we want to take other ads off as well – if not comletely, mostly – so that they don’t get into your way while you need to access the content. For this very purpose, we have redesigned gggadgets.com largely to accomodate our new model of advertising. It is a creative new model where readers won’t be obstructed and the advertisers get a higher value than any of the current ad formats you see on the site.

To achieve this, we need an awesome sales/marketing guy to reach out to the advertisers, show them the samples of our new advertising model, show the stats and convince and motivate them to advertise on gggadgets.com – so help us find one.

This job opening like most of our other positions offers great future potential. We have a start up lined up in the sales/marketing verge and if the candidate does really good, we’d offer him to take care of that project too.
